At Trefler & Sons we restore and repair the following:

Upholstery
We offer a full range of upholstery services, fabrics and materials. We do both antique and contemporary upholstery always using materials and techniques appropriate to the piece. We use materials ranging from horsehair to down and do eight-way hand ties as well as biscuit and diamond tufting. We work with individuals to help them select fabrics and materials as well as with decorators representing their clients. We also carry a large selection of fabric which can be purchased from us, or clients are welcome to bring in their own fabrics.

Stone
We have worked with many types of stone, from marble to semi-precious stones. We repair breaks, cracks, chips, and any imperfections of the surface. Our custom made epoxies are used to fill any crack and to re-create missing pieces. The color is then matched to the original stone by our highly skilled artists using custom mixed pigments.

Metals
We polish sterling silver, brass, copper, & plated variations. We also have expertise in re-soldering broken pieces, improving dents & bends and disposal damage.
