Shipping Information

We are located in Newton, Massachusetts just outside of Boston. If you are unable to visit us in person, please send us your items for an estimate.

Here's what you should do:

1. Place the damaged object back in its original box. If you no longer have the original box, wrap the object in a small box with enough packaging so that you don't hear anything move when you shake the box.
   
   
2. Pack the first box in a slightly larger box. Insert at least two inches of padding between the inner box and the sides of the outer box.
   
   
3. Include a short letter with a description of the object, a description of the damage you would like repaired, your name, mailing address, and daytime telephone number.
