4. If the item is a Walt Disney Classics Collection figurine, write WDCC in     big letters on the outside of the box.

5. Ship the box to: Trefler & Sons, 29 Tower Road, Newton MA 02464.

6. Be sure to insure the package. We recommend insuring your                   package for the retail replacement cost of an undamaged object.

7. When we return your item(s) we use a professional packaging and         shipping company. There will be a shipping fee to         return your item(s) to you.

We will attempt to contact you with an estimate within three business days after receipt of your package. If we cannot reach you by telephone, we will send you a written estimate. Payment for all repairs can be made with MasterCard, Visa, Amex, personal or company check. Please do not send cash through the mail.
