Pamela Trefler
Director
Pamela is currently managing Trefler & Sons. She came to the organization after spending twenty years in the investment banking business and seven years as President of the Trefler Foundation, a non-profit organization founded by she and her husband. Pam's extensive background in finance and management is allowing the studio to grow and carry on the traditions established over eighty years ago. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Massachusetts and holds a Master's Degree from Harvard University.

Paul McCarthy
Chief Operating Officer
Paul has been with Trefler & Sons since 1985. As Chief Operating office, Paul oversees every piece that enters and leaves the Studio. At various times he has worked in the porcelain department, furniture department and in sales. He is experienced at estimating insurance and moving damage claims. Paul is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Art. He has been at Trefler & Sons since graduation and possesses an extensive knowledge of every aspect of the business. Paul thoroughly inspects repairs on a daily basis to insure consistent quality.
