David Baker
Wood Conservator and Color Expert
Dave has been with Trefler & Sons since 1999. Prior to joining the company, he worked in the furniture industry in a variety of capacities and has a broad base of experience in the business. Dave has a wide knowledge of all aspects of wood and furniture conservation and repair. He is a major contributor to training new staff hires and interns as well as maintains an extremely high standard for all completed projects.

Craig Lupien
Wood Conservator, Frame Restorer and Color Expert
Craig has been with Trefler & Sons since 1998. He graduated with distinction from the Massachusetts College of Art in 1996 with Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. Since graduating he has combined his knowledge of art history with his passion for the arts, and has become a highly sought after restorer and conservator. After ten years of hands on experience, Craig has a vast knowledge of materials and process, as well as an uncanny ability to match colors. As a professional artist, Craig also makes multi-media works of art and paintings and has exhibited in galleries and museums throughout New England.
